Only send ticket closure email once.

Hi,

Currently, once a ticket is closed an email is sent to the contact to let them know the interaction was closed and asking them for feedback. Most of the time, that is the end but sometimes the contact will have extra questions which will cause the ticket to get reopened (based on how our workflows are set up) and then when the ticket is closed again, the email is sent to the contact again.

Is there any way to have the closed ticket notification sent only once per ticket?
