Open Desk app on iOS ir Android form ticket links

Hi there,

Since a few days ago, when I click on the ticket link in a notification for a ticket on my iOS or Android device, it opens the Desk app but no results are shown, just the animated zoho logo.

I have to copy the link and open it in the browser to view the ticket but if I click on the "open in app" the same happens as when click the link from the notification.
