Currently, we cannot order Teams in Zoho Desk. Teams are ordered as they were created.
It would be really helpful if we could customise the order of Teams. For example:
We have the following Teams:
Shipping
Customer Service
Sales
Compliance
It would be great if we could re-order the teams. For example, if I could re-order it to:
Customer Service
Sales
Shipping
Compliance
That way, it will be easier for people to find and select Teams and we can order it the way we see fit.
