Our twillio integration stopped working this morning
Our Zoho Support integration with Twillio stopped working this morning and hence our customers have been receiving a message about "application error". I contacted twillio and they say it is a 400 error unable to connect to Zoho.
I have sent a support email earlier today, but have not heard from anyone.
Has anyone else experiencing this issue? Please advise as we have been unable to receive calls for about 12 hours now.
