Outlook IMAP access stopped working

I can send emails from my Outlook account but not receive them (I use an ionos account to send emails although I have also tested with my zoho account and that is fine).  The outlook test message says all is fine and I am not getting any errors.  Before last week it was working without any problems.  I have reset the application password as well.  My settings are shown below.
