Unless I am missing something, I don't see a way to include Employee Profiles with Appraisal Cycles -- we run a small real estate team, so the agents aren't employees (contractors paid by our broker) however we still do recurring performance reviews -- I'd prefer to make use of this directly instead of a custom form; highly suggest employee profiles be allowed for any and all performance related items in Zoho People!
