POP and IMAP not working

POP and IMAP not working

I have been successfully using POP and IMAP for the last 5 years for a small NGO then suddenly on Oct 16, 2022 it stopped working for one of the email addresses in the organisation while still working for others. I am unable to access POP or IMAP through any 3rd part apps or through Gmail as I have been doing all along.

When adding via POP in gmail I get the error "Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password."
