POP3 login not working from Thunderbird 78.11.0 (32-bit)

POP3 login not working from Thunderbird 78.11.0 (32-bit)

For the past 8 hours, I've been getting the following popup messages when Thunderbird attempts to connect:


Sending of password for user xxx@xxx.com did not succeed. Mail server poppro.zoho.com responded: Authentication failed

Then a new popup:

Login to server poppro.zoho.com with username xxx@xxx.com failed.

I get options to Retry, Enter New Password, or Cancel


If I choose Retry, I get this popup:


Sending of username did not succeed. Mail server poppro.zoho.com responded: User already specified.


If I choose Enter New Password and provide my password, I get the same Login fails popup.

I can login to my email account fine from the web portal.  Help please.
