Configurer l'intégration de Zoho Analytics
Une fois la configuration terminée, il faudra un certain temps pour que toutes les données de votre compte de service client soient transférées vers Zoho Analytics. Notez que vous ne pouvez pas modifier les paramètres tant que le transfert n'est pas terminé. Vous recevrez un email une fois le transfert terminé.
Créer des rapports
Une fois les données du service client synchronisées, vous avez accès à des rapports et tableaux de bord prédéfinis dans Zoho Analytics. Vous pouvez également créer des rapports personnalisés et les visualiser dans différents formats tels que des diagrammes à barres, des diagrammes à secteurs, etc. Le créateur de rapports par glisser-déposer vous aide à tirer rapidement l'information de vos données Zoho Desk.

Accédez au module Analytique.
Cliquez sur Analytique avancée dans la partie en bas à gauche de votre écran.
Votre compte Zoho Analytics s'ouvrira dans un nouvel onglet du navigateur web.

Multi-line fields character limits
Is there a way to set the character limit higher on multi-line fields so that we are not losing information pasted into the field? When the text is entered or pasted, there is no error to say that the text is too large. After saving and going back to view most of the text is gone.
