Pre-defined Date Range for the past 1 year or last 12 months

Hi, 

It would be nice if we can have an option to select "Last 12 months" as you have already added Previous FY and Export to CSV function. 

Most of us would like to know outstanding tickets logged for the last 12 months and this would be the best option instead of defining the date range manually every monthend. Thank you.
