I've recently set up the Forecasting module in Zoho CRM but the Predicted Achievement seems wildly wrong.

In our current quarter which ends in 9 days, it's predicting us to achieve £55k over our target, despite there being only £43k available in the pipeline. Clearly that's impossible. And in the coming quarter, the Predicted Achievement is only showing the amount that we've already closed, completely ignoring the pipeline of almost £284k in open deals, of which £41k is in the Committed forecast category.

Either this is a bug or there's something fundamentally wrong with the way Zoho is calculating Predicted Achievement.
