Hello,

Some of my colleagues are experiencing an issue when previewing attachments in Zoho Mail from web and from the app, particularly with PDF files. However, when they download the attachment, it appears normal, and when they send it to me, I'm able to view it without any issues. 

What could be causing this discrepancy?
