Private chat between Agents found in lower left corner - how does it work?

Hi!

In the lower left corner of Zoho Desk you can find "Chat" and "Contacts". I try to use the chat to talk with other agents within our organization (and department). I have managed to this by this complex process:

1. During our normal work we happen to have an "Agent collision" when both of us where looking at the same ticket. I could click on my collegue "Agent A" in the top pop-out-box and initiate a chat about the current ticket.

2. Later on, in the Chat window (in the lower left corner), I can open the chat history and open our old chat, I can hoover over Agent A's name and click his name. This open up a "profile card" of Agent A. I can here click "Invite".

3. Agent A gets an invite and accept it.

4. From now on I can open "Contacts" and find Agent A and start a new chat anytime.

Ok - this is great! But, how can I add my other colleague "Agent B" without going through this painful process with him?? I have tried to search for his name in Contacts and Chat, I used the Smart Chat to search, I used the top search bar. I put an @ before the name... Nothing, I can't find a way to add my other colleague agents to the chat.

Please explain the correct steps, thanks. (We are currently on Pro edition trial).
