Problem with Mixed Time formatting in Zoho Desk Reports

We view, export and work with the data from the "All Tickets Detailed" report regularly. While the columns "Resolution time in Business HOURS", "First Response in Business HOURS" and "Total Response Time in Business HOURS" all clearly indicate that they are reporting the number of HOURS, if the value is greater than 24 hours the value is displayed in NOT in hours but rather in the unhelpful format 'Xd Xh':

Why is this an how can we get it to display in hours like the other fields so that operations and formulas can be done on the matching data type in the exported data?
