Problem with Zoho Email after adding new CNAME entries
Hi all,
Yesterday I configured Zoho Email with my provider. I tested and it works correctly, both sending and receiving emails.
This morning, I configured a new subdomain and created 6 new CNAME entries for that subdomain and now my Zoho Email is not working. I cannot receive or send emails.
When I access my mailbox I get and error message:
When deleting the CNAME entries, the email works, but I need to use those CNAME for the subdomain.
Note: all Zoho DNS entries are configured for the domain.
