Project on contract basis - using Zoho Sheet APIs

We would like to use Zoho Sheet APIs to offer some advanced features in our web application. Since we have no inhouse programmers, we are looking for independent programmers familiar with Zoho Sheet APIs to work for us on a contract/project basis.
