Hey all I was hoping for some assistance from the group.  What I am trying to accomplish here is to send push notifications to all my employees when an Invoice is created.  I was told for weeks that this is possible and in the Zoho CRM manual it even says that this is a function.  I have turned on notifications on all platforms and in all ways and I get notifications for cliq, projects, everything else except for invoice creation.

I have created the automation where an invoice creation emails the people I want it to. I want a Zoho push notification.

i just got off the phone with a Zoho Support rep to work through the issue after a week of exchanging emails and being instructed how to complete this very simple request only to be told it is not possible.  The rep told me "imagine if you got a push notification for every single invoice you received" and continued to explain how overwhelming it would be.  What if we only get one order a day but the value is very significant and the timing is of the essence?  The assumption on the part of the Zoho rep was frustrating to say the least.

Am I truly not able to receive a push notification for invoice creation?
