I would like to get an overview of all tickets. However, I am not interested in the e-mail conversations or other stuff. I only want to see for example the ID, description and contact of the ticket. Therefore, I thought I would create a report. However, the display of the text is a problem. Line breaks are removed here, so the ticket descriptions are very difficult to read.

Is there a possibility to create an overview that only shows the basic data of a ticket, so that one can get a quick overview? I don't want to have to open every ticket and scroll down to the description...

Is there a better way to place the description? Pin it at the top or other ways to access it more quickly?
