Joining a remote session can be difficult for the people who need it the most.

Please add a quick reference guide and better documentation that my Grandma can read on the join.zoho.com site.

It's not uncommon to spend 10minutes or longer in a session just trying to get folks connected with downloading the plugin, etc.
