Hi Support,

Someone informed me at 5pm EST that they emailed me. I ended up receiving that email in my inbox at 8pm EST. Someone informed me at 10pm EST that they emailed me and I have yet to receive the email. My inbox has been working flawlessly and this is the first day that has happened. 

Would you please inform me if there are any errors in set up or if Zoho servers are slow? I need to get my mail working as this is used for my business.

I have attached an .emi file to showcase that the send time and the arrival times are completely different.
