We occasionally receive meeting invites from our customers. Zoho desk creates a new case for these as expected however the body of the invite (containing meeting details such as join links, phone numbers and start times) is not copied in. In order to obtain these details, we must open the restricted mailbox manually and forward them as a standard email.

If there any way Zoho can automatically pull these details in for us to save us having to resort to this manual process?
