Might be a little early to report this, but wanted to at least flag it.

Today I received a message that you'd done work under the hood and to refresh.  Since that moment, my help desk has been painfully slow at doing just about everything. Opening tickets, deleting, closing etc are all taking a anything between 2 seconds and 15 seconds which is making working through multiple tickets painful. 

Update: Just clicked to ticket view and counted 28 seconds before tickets were displayed.
