Dear Zoho Desk API users,

We would like to remind you that we're discontinuing support for authtokens from our APIs. 

As mentioned earlier in this post, after the 30th of November, 2020, you won't be able to generate new authtokens. Further, any authtokens that are already in use will stop working after the 31st of January, 2021. Therefore, please make sure to migrate from authtokens to OAuth tokens before these dates.  

If you haven't migrated to OAuth tokens yet, please go through this announcement post, and begin the migration soon. Here's a complete list of all the authtokens you've generated in the past. Out of these tokens, the one with supportapi (Desk) is the one used to make Zoho Desk REST API calls.

We once again request you to review your API-based tools and make changes, where necessary.
