Starting on October 28, some Zoho Analytics reports and Widgets have stopped updating to show the correct values from the underlying data and tables. I spoke to Zoho One support that day and after much review they determined in was 'a server caching issue' and that by repeatedly recreating your report or widget and/or making multiple changes to the data to display (like changing SUM to MAX and then back to SUM again) you could get the correct data to display.

Support said this was a temporary glitch - 2 days later and it's still there. An example:

If you click on the cells yellow highlighted you get the underlying data:

Clearly the report is not updating with the correct data (even though it's been over 3 hours since the last data sync)

So, until Zoho fix this server caching issue you can't count on the displayed data in reports and widgets being accurate unless you CONSTANTLY REMAKE EACH REPORT OR WIDGET TO GET IT TO UPDATE!
