We are using Zoho Support about 1 month.

In request page, there is information about request's situation. (Open, In Progress, Closed, Waiting ex. ) you know.

I want that, When i select "waiting" option, time counter stop at that time.

(now, time counter to due date never stops, when i select waiting)

Can you help me about this ? 

Is there anyway to do this ?
