Hello,

Past years zoho desk offered knowledgebase and community facilities with free plan and i am also old user. This's request from zoho to offer community module with free plan (when it offer with free plan then you can keep past limitations)

Why?
Community module able to use as forum (that able for users to ask questions)

Community module able to use as bug tracker (that able for users to report bugs as in gitlab etc)

Community module able to use as feedback site (that able for users to submit feature requests)

Above mentioned three requirements are mandatory for nearly all technology related companies and various millions of closed source, opensource projects etc.

This'll definitely helpful for promote/advertise zoho desk and other products easily also when you offer it with free plan, those all companies use zoho desk for customer support services that required for every businesses
