Restrict Happiness Ratings to be used only for the final user

Hi,

We have a Help Desk deployed in Zoho Desk and we recently noticed that agents are using Happiness Ratings options to rate the service delivered for any ticket. This should not be happening, and specifically, the idea is that only the user who opened a ticket be able to give the feedback of that ticket, and not the agent who closed it.

Is there any security option to enable this restriction in Zoho Desk?
