Reusing agent account

Reusing agent account

Hi, 

I´m trying to re-use an agent account, but it doesn´t work.
We have a few deactivated account that we want to use for new employees. 

I found in the manual that we should be able to re-use an accounts since we pay for accounts even if they are inactive.

I can change everything but not the email address on the account. How do I do that?
