SalesIQ Chat Notifications

I am the admin of our salesIQ implementation.   About two weeks ago, I started hearing/seeing notification for ALL chats messages from monitored agents/chat participants.    I don't need to see these, we have a manager who deals with this.   I can't stop the notification sound.   I have 
  1. disabled alerts notifications in zoho salesIQ
  2. disabled alert sounds in SalesIQ
  3. lowered the alert volume in MacOS to 0
  4. modified site settings in chrome for salesIQ.zoho.com, zoho.com and one.zoho.com to disallow alerts and sounds.
I'M STILL HEARING THE ALERT SOUNDS..   I'm about to lose my mind.   The only thing i haven't tried is to stop monitoring the agents but i don't want to prevent supervisors from doing their job. 

Can anything think of what I am missing here before all of my hair falls out?
