SalesIQ VS DESK ASAP chat funtionality

Can someone please advise what chatbot will function better for my company. 
I currently have zohoone, and use CRM.

I noticed the SalesIQ is built-in to CRM so all chats are attached to contact and lead record.
This appears to be the only benefit to using the Sales IQ chatbot. I also now that the web tracking feature comes with SalesIQ but, I can also get these anayltics useing the MA module.

The ASAP offer a chat along with other self serve benefits.

So, what is best for my company. We simply are a distributor of products. 99% B2B and 1% B2C
