Save More Time with Automation in Zoho CRM

  6. Functions in Workflows: You can develop a set of Deluge Scripts for receiving responses from other applications and updating the CRM modules when the workflow criteria are fulfilled.

Workflow Rules perform to their best when they are associated with email notifications, field updates, and tasks. Anytime when a rule is triggered, the tasks, alerts, and field updates linked to the rule are also triggered. For instance, when you wish to send an email notification to a recipient, you should associate an alert to the rule. You can also associate workflow tasks to a rule for assigning work to the users.

One of the best examples of the workflow rule in Zoho CRM is that of the Big Deal Alert rule. It gets executed when the sales amount and probability of winning a business opportunity cross a value. At the time when this rule gets triggered, a notification is sent to the management and all other colleagues. This rule can be edited to define your big deal alert.

Workflow Rules:

The Zoho CRM’s workflow rules enable you to get your routine work out of the way by automatically triggering the actions when specified conditions are met. Zoho lets you set over ten conditions for a single rule and increases the power of a single workflow at least ten times.

The workflow rules improve efficiency by getting rid of all the manual work of assigning tasks. It helps in reducing operating costs and also improves business processes using standardized working methods.

Monitor Your Workflows:

Zoho CRM also lets you monitor how your Workflow performs. It is necessary to not just have automation set for your business but to also know how it has been performing. The workflow insights analyze and break down every rule for you.

From knowing the total number of records that go through a rule to knowing how many leads have opened an email, Zoho lets you control everything. Zia, the AI-powered sales assistant also helps in analyzing the workflows further with great intelligence. It helps the users to find if an email template modification is not performing as well as a rule modification.

Assigning Leads Automatically:

The assignment rules in Zoho CRM prove extremely useful when you have to get the right leads to the right hands. You can assign leads on the basis of a specific condition. Auto-assign all the hot web form leads to the team’s best closer, or the cold call leads to your persuader. On the other hand, you can also distribute leads to your team with a round-robin method.

Multiple Tasks With One Macro:

Zoho CRM sees when you are repeating the work and also suggests macros to get the job done quickly. Macros also let you trigger a set of actions for everyday activities for executing manually. With only one click, you can use Macros for simultaneously sending an email, updating a record, and creating a task. Share this with your team so they can run a similar set of actions.
