How do I create a search that excludes terms. For example, I want to do a search for mail bigger than 1 MB and TO: is NOT a certain email address (i.e. only search for mail where the email address was not in the TO: field). This used to be easy, but now I can't figure it out.

This new way of searching is worse than the previous version, which was much easier to figure out.
