I cannot get the search to work when I know I have an email in a sub-folder, trash folder, and Spam folder. I can search for the email with it right there and the search all folders does not find them. I have to switch to search this folder in order for zoho to find it. Search all should search all folders as we may not know where a email is.

Please get this fixed.

Also...A suggestion is that the search needs to be a better or more inclusive search. If a customer doesn't spell the search term perfectly Zoho will not find it. For instance: I have a customer that called me to ask if I received his email and I had not seen it come in. So she explained that the subject would say JAX SUNS. I searched Spam, Trash, and Inbox and could not find it. I went to my smart phone and searched for the same and found it right away. Once I found it I realized that the spelling was all one word JAXSUNS. We need for ZOHO to work better in this way.
