Send email when a Ticket received DESK

Hello,
I have differente types of SLA (Standard, Deluxe, Premium)
Each customer has it´s SLA associated.

I want to send an AUTOMATIC email when a Ticket is received
This email will be different for each SLA

For example,
Ticket received of a customer SLA Standard, send automatically email template 1 
Ticket received of a customer SLA Deluxe, send automatically email template 2 
Ticket received of a customer SLA Premium, send automatically email template 3 

How can I set up this?
