Sending Response to caller in form of SMS rather than E-mail.
Hi Zoho,
I have created several dependencies in my ticket layout i.e selecting a option from drop-down automatically fills other drop down column.
I want that on basis of a particular drop down column when I response on ticket a KB Solution article link get delivered to the caller's mobile phone in form of SMS.
Is it possible through Zoho??
EX:- Problem reported was Keypad not working and once I select the problem in ticket layout and click enter an SMS with the solution to that particular problem get sent to the caller's mobile phone.
