Set of Folders Common to All Mail Accounts

I'm rocking five pop accounts in Zoho and would like one common set of folders mail can be archived into, instead of each mail account having its own set of folders. Is there something I'm missing or a bit of magic that can be employed to accomplish this? Microsoft Outlook Desktop works in this way, which I find better organizes mail across all accounts.
