Hi, 
i have 2 questions:) :
- i want to set the resolution field mandatory before close the ticket. Because for now, i can close the ticket without writing how i solve it
- how can i setup zoho desk to receive ticket by email(e.g. clients sent email to support@mydomain.com) and it create a ticket in zoho desk
