Setting default From address when replying to request
At the moment, if I want to reply to a request, the From field has three options,
company@zohosupport.com,
support@company.zohosupport.com, and
support@company.com. The first two are really internal address that should never be seen by the customer and the first seems to be the default. The third is the only one we ever want to use. Now we can manually select this each time we reply but apart from being quite inconvenient, it's easy to forget or even accidentally change. I did this while scrolling up the page and ended up sending a reply with the wrong From address.
Firstly, is there a way to make
support@company.com selected by default? Second, is there a way to remove the extra email addresses from this list entirely so we can't select them accidentally?
