Setting up Remote Authentication for Help Center Portal
I am trying to have the customer
Zoho Desk Help Center Portal be automatically accessed with credentials (login/password) that they have on my existing website. I want them to be able to use the "Sign IN/UP" feature
in the Zoho Desk customer Portal with their credentials in my owned website. I already have a Zoho Desk on my subdomain(https://support.example.com/portal/).Any help would be very much appreciated. At first glance, I want to know if it is possible to achieve this fiction ;)
If it is possible with Remote Authentication, then I try to configure Remote Authentication settings in Zoho Desk Help Center Portal. I have a couple of questions below.
1.Do you give me an example as a Remote Login URL in settings of Help Center Portal?
2.Do you give me an example as a Remote Logout URL in settings of Help Center Portal?
