Setting up SAAS business through Zoho Billing

  • Can we send a payment reminder notifications on Whatsapp through Whatsapp Business API linked with payment failures or for dunning manangement. 
  • When we configure plans for mid cycle upgrades in zoho subscription do we still need to set that up in payment gateway. 
  • Some PGs that don’t support proration and have to manually cancel the plans, and create a new one for the customer. Can zoho billing handle that itself. 
  • Once we make the right set of configurations on zoho billing, do we need to make the same set of changes with the PG or Zoho handles all of that automatically. 
  • Compare vs manual effort of creating our own system for collecting payments.
