Several language in Chat Bot in SALES IQ

Hello, I'm creating a chat bot for my company and would like to have a chat bot replying in French and English.
As I understand, I must create 2 different bots, then according to the first sentence of the Client the system will choose the right one: FR or EN, is it right?

If no, what can I do to have a bot replying in both languages? I don't want implement chat GPT or other third parties.
