Signatures & Happiness Ratings
Your Help states that the Happiness Ratings will automatically appear below the agent's signature by default if it is set to appear in all tickets. But is also customizable. (see screenshot).
I find neither of these to be true.
I can't find any way to customize where it appears in a standard ticket response, other than an agent manually moving it around for EVERY ticket, which won't work. And by default the happiness ratings are appearing ABOVE the agent signature not below. I would like it to appear BELOW the agent's signature in standard ticket responses.
Is this a bug or is there some way to make this happen?
