SMTP Authentication Failed

SMTP Authentication Failed

Hi there,

I have registered a free account today and I got the SMTP working under the free plan.

Then I tried to upgrade my plan. At the first time, I cancelled the transaction due to the insufficient balance in my PayPal. And then I found the SMTP stopped working. I got Authentication Failed (535) error.

I thought that this maybe caused by the cancelled transaction. After a couple of hours, I upgraded my account again and this time, I finished the transaction and my account is Mail Lite. And the SMTP is still not working. I still get Authentication Failed (535) error.

I have set up the SMTP using Apple Mail, and followed the following instruction.

Outgoing Server Name  smtp.zoho.com.au
Port 465 with SSL
Require Authentication Yes

The username I used is tu****ee@gmail.com (my primary email), and the password I used is my account password.

Now I am so frustrated.
