Social Leads from Facebook and Twitter to CRM are useless for contact purposes or what I am missing?
Question: We have over 9000 FB leads and over 15000 Twitter leads. How do we send direct messages to them ? What are you using as a tool? Why have a lead if there is no way to communicate with them in bulk?
1. Our Zoho Social configured to capture followers and people who comment on our posts. Same with Twitter. (see photo of configuration.
2. The leads are collected and moved to Zoho CRM. They are properly filed away and linked in social pane.
3. In the lead there is NO WAY to send them Facebook Message, Direct Tweet, or even email. Only information is their Facebook Name or Twitter Name.
What is everyone doing about this ? Sounds like a great lead generation without the way to monetize the leads.
