I have a serious problem on sending mail from my organization, the following error persists on all mail account:

By connecting on webmail, I have the following urgent notifications:
SPF entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure SPF to ensure better email delivery.
DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery.
Can you guide me to add these record in our field because the error becomes very critical.
