Considering these facts, we now introduce our next community spotlight series that will focus on Zoho ShowTimes' Viewer app. This online web conferencing app is available on both android and iOS devices. This allows your participants to join remote trainings and communicate with trainers in real time, right from their palm.
In today's post, we will spotlight three main aspects of the Viewer app on how to connect to a live session, present with slides and screenshare, and engage with your audience effectively.
1. Download the app and connect to a live session instantly.
Your trainees can download the Showtime Viewer app available on the App Store (for iOS) or Play Store (for Android) on their respective mobile devices and connect to your ongoing sessions without a hassle. Once downloaded, they just need to enter the session's key, sent via an email or displayed on the instruction slide to view your slides in real time.
2. Voice, video, and screen share your ideas.
In any online collaborative environment, audio/video conferencing is the key to reducing costs, hosting effective discussions, and increasing productivity for remote teams. With the Viewer app, your attendees will be able to hear and see you on their mobile phones when you have the voice and video options enabled. Your attendees can view the current slide and also show appreciation for a particular slide's content, animation, or delivery style by clicking the heart symbol in the bottom-right corner of their screens. Additionally, during remote sessions, you can share your system's screen to the audience's mobile screen and demonstrate live workflows or product demos.
3. Post questions, run polls, and chat with participants.
With ShowTime's in-session chat room, your attendees can send messages and interact with each other directly from their mobile devices during a live session.
They can also share opinions from their smartphone devices by participating in polls launched by the trainer.
Any questions regarding the live training can be instantly resolved by clicking on the question icon.
Also, once you finish the session, attendees will see a feedback window on their phone screen that displays a customized assessment form which they can fill out in order to share their feedback.
