Stripe gateway stuck in corrupted state — manual backend reset required

Hello,

I need help with a Stripe integration issue in Zoho Books that requires a manual backend reset.

Organization: TRAVEL WITH EVA LLC
Data Center: IN (as shown in the Help Center banner)

PROBLEM:
The Stripe gateway record is in a permanently broken "ghost" state:

1. Settings → Online Payments → Payment Gateways → Credit/Debit Card → Stripe shows:
   - Integration Status: Active
   - Account Name: (empty)
   - Payment Methods: (empty)
   - Clicking edit on Payment Methods returns: "The payment gateway specified is not configured"

2. The Payment Gateways list page shows Stripe as INACTIVE with a "Set Up Now" button — directly contradicting the Active status above.

WHAT I HAVE TRIED (all failed):
- Reconnecting Stripe multiple times
- Revoking Zoho access from Stripe Dashboard and reconnecting
- Different browsers
- Removing Zoho Payments and retrying

ROOT CAUSE:
There is an orphaned/ghost Stripe gateway record in the Zoho Books backend database that cannot be deleted or overwritten through the UI. The frontend shows two contradictory states simultaneously.

ACTION REQUESTED:
Please manually delete or reset the Stripe payment gateway record in the backend for organization TRAVEL WITH EVA LLC so I can reconnect Stripe cleanly from scratch.
