Hi,

In the simplest terms I need a button/function/workflow called "Save and Create Another" which would save the already filled submission form and open a new ticket submission form with some of the field prefilled so the agent would only need to change 1 field. 

Now, I can create a checkbox in the layout named "Create another" which would trigger a workflow with a custom function if checked to create a new ticket with Deluge but I need that new ticket submission window so the agent can change that one field and submit.

Can we write a function on Deluge which can open a new window, go to the ticket submission from view and have the field prefilled?
