Subscription pro-ration when self cancelling
When we cancel a subscription for a customer in zoho subs, it gives us the option to cancel immediately or cancel at the end of the subscription term. If cancelling immediately, I believe that a refund pro-rated for the unused amount is created for the customer.
1) Please confirm this is correct.
2) we would like to know if it's possible for the user to also get this same choice when cancelling from the customer billing portal. If so, how do we turn that on?
