Suggestion - 'Snippet' option for Response tab


Love the 'Snippet' feature for ticket replies - saves time.

Most [80%+] of our tickets are repeat issues that I have 'snippets' setup to respond to.

A nice upgrade would be to have a similar function for the Resolution field, as I always put in the same text to describe what I did to resolve the issue.
